S.T.I.R. To Captivate Your Thoughts

Close your eyes.

Breathe deeply into your nose.

Slowly breathe out through your mouth.

Place your right hand on your heart.

Feel your heartbeat.

Deep breaths in through your nose, slowly out your mouth.

Connect with Holy Spirit.

Feel His presence.

You are wrapped in love.

You are safe.

Feel the joy in your heart.

Peace beyond understanding.

Breathe deeply.

Slowly exhale.

You are a beautiful child of GOD.

He designed you for such a time as this.

You have done an amazing job❣️

So many accomplishments.

You are an action taker.

You get results.

You are loved & respected.

When you look in the mirror you refuse to believe it.

Something’s missing.

Fear permeates your mind.

Feel your heartbeat.

Listen to your thoughts.

Invite GOD in.

He is your CEO.

Acknowledge fear.

Thank fear.

Fear is real.

A spirit of fear that will control you & cut you off from your heart’s desire.

Listen to your CEO:

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline."

2 Timothy 1:7 KJV

The WORD says he didn’t create the spirit of fear…

HIS plan is for you to captivate your thoughts…

To trust HIM with your whole being.

S.T.I.R. your emotions.

Stop: What are your thoughts, realize you need to process not ignore these words.

Think: What are you thinking. Why do you believe this...

Identify: What's the feeling, say it out loud. Where in your body do you feel it? Write it down.

Recognize: How and why you're feeling this way. What were the circumstances. Can you go back and change them. What new perspective can you gain by acknowledging the issue?

Ask for forgiveness. Just say it out loud: "I forgive you."

You will never be able to go back and change what happened.

You will always be able to go back and change your perspective.

What was the good in the situation?

What can you give thanks for?

Reap the good.

S.T.I.R. the thoughts.

Captivate your words.

If thoughts were a person and came knocking on the door, would you let them in?

Mindset is the crux of all we do, it's a matter of the heart.
