Inhale the future, exhale the past.


The first time I did an aromatherapy reset shift happened.


I held on tight to disgust, a porcupine that hit every nerve ending.

Focus on the feeling.


Identify it.


Where do you feel it?


On a scale of 1-10 how intense is it?


Receive thoughts.


A drop of valor.


Breathe in deeply.


Hold.


Focus.


The images swirled through my mind, traveling through the darkest corridor of my heart.


Emotions surged like pin pricks tingling my toes, twitching my fingers.


As I stood in front of the chamber, eyes bewildered,


It was too heavy, steel-laden 6’ thick.


The heart shaped hole was endless, a dark pit of blackness.


Would my key fit?


Deep breath. Hold. Connect the smell with the sensation, feel it.


Receive the thoughts.


Focus on the image.


Whatever happens, stay with it…


The lock fell, its heavy-metal shattered to the deepest pit of Earth.


Free to breathe.


Strong and courageous, ready for my quest!


Now I empower courageous women post-abortion to honor heart centered agreements with themselves using the power of therapeutic aroma-cognitive behavior.


When we reveal to heal inside out mountains move & we begin to trust ourselves again. @ is also for women who have had miscarriages or a death of a child.


Mindset is the crux of all we do, it’s a matter of the heart.
